16 August 2026Sign-in is now required before anything is reachable, including over the mobile link. Accounts are created by invitation: an administrator issues registration keys that can be labelled, limited to a number of uses, given an expiry and revoked. “Keep me signed in” lasts 30 days on a device.
Observations and their photographs are private to the account that recorded them — no shared pool, and no administrator override. Models can be added from inside the app: create a bucket for a project and upload a Revit file to it, with translation starting by itself when the upload finishes.
Also fixed: line breaks typed into a note now survive into the exported image and no longer overlap the photograph; the V1–V4 viewing distances re-level the camera instead of inheriting a tilt, and re-tapping the active one straightens a hand-turned view; the app window carries its own taskbar icon and identity.
